What is SEVENS?
SEVENS is an advanced communication device that provides reliable connectivity wherever you go. It combines cutting-edge technology with a subscription service to keep you connected on the go with resilient, dependable network access.
How do I get started?
Simply choose a subscription plan, create your account, and complete your purchase. You'll receive your SEVENS device along with activation instructions. Download the mobile app and follow the setup wizard to activate your device and start using your subscription.
What's included with my purchase?
Your purchase includes the SEVENS device (one-time payment) and your chosen subscription plan (monthly billing). The device comes with a charging cable, quick start guide, and access to the SEVENS mobile app for iOS and Android.
Plans & Billing
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account dashboard. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does billing work?
The device is a one-time purchase. Your subscription plan is billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You'll receive an email receipt for each transaction.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! We occasionally offer promotional discount codes. You can apply a discount code during checkout. Sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive offers and early access to new features.
Device & Technical
How do I activate my device?
Download the SEVENS mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with your account credentials and follow the activation wizard. You'll need your device serial number (found on the back of the device) to complete activation.
What if my device isn't working?
First, try restarting the device by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Ensure your subscription is active and your device is charged. If issues persist, contact our support team at support@sevenssolutions.com.
Is there a warranty?
All SEVENS devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty options are available for purchase. Damage from misuse or accidents is not covered under the standard warranty.
Shipping & Returns
When will my device ship?
Standard orders ship within 2-3 business days. Early access pre-orders will ship when inventory becomes available (typically within 90 days). You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your SEVENS device, return it in original condition for a full refund of the device purchase price. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your region.
